Our Philosophy

All people should be received and celebrated as God’s children. God will not ask our religion or where we went to church on Judgment Day. Instead, the depth of our character will be the standard by which we are judged.

While some may have a belief in God or have a strong spiritual awareness, they may not belong to any official religion or follow a particular set of commandments. Some may have been turned away by a house of worship or turned off by a church, leaving them lost and questioning how to reconcile the faith they once enjoyed with the sting of rejection from a formal religious institution.

In this spirit, Reverend Joseph Anthony Ministries strives to serve all those who wish to acknowledge life’s milestones with an officiant who built a ministry on love and kindness, not fire and brimstone. The unaffiliated nature of this ministry ensures that all people of any faith or spiritual inclination are comfortable.

"The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside the quiet waters, he refreshes my soul and guides me along..." A Psalm of David, Psalm 23
